In this sense, compliance with the law as well as respectful treatment of each other have the highest priority. This is the only way to protect our employees and our company. And only in this way are we a valued business partner for our customers and service providers.

We do not tolerate violations of legal principles or any kind of personal violation such as bullying, sexism, racism, homophobia, violations of religious freedom or other psychological or physical violence.

It requires the attention and willingness of all to point out violations of rules when concrete information is received. In addition to the open door of our management and human resources department, in future there will also be the possibility to report violations confidentially and anonymously - at any time.

Together with our external partner, we have established a whistleblower system that guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected. This whistleblower system is also considered a complaints procedure within the meaning of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

 Submitting notices - but correctly!

After receiving the information, the external compliance officer processes it in compliance with all necessary procedural principles (e.g. confidentiality, protection of whistleblowers). In order to process cases and, if necessary, initiate appropriate investigative measures, dialogue with the whistleblower is often necessary. Therefore, it is important that the whistleblowing is formulated as concretely as possible. It is helpful if you consider these questions when making a report:
 
- Who? - Who is it about? Who is affected?

- What? - What has happened? Describe the facts of the case.

- When? - When was the incident?

- How? - How often did it happen?

- Where? - Where did the incident occur?

Any queries can also be answered anonymously via the system.
 
In addition to the company's external compliance officer (hinweisgeberexperte.de), other departments within the company may also be involved in the processing of tips. The external compliance officer also works with the human resources department to clarify the situation and initiates measures if they are necessary.
